Biography

Andrew Millar Hamilton served as a Private with the Royal Berkshire Regiment. He was Scottish but lived in England and was in the Territorial army before the war, when war broke out he went to France with the BEF and was shot by a German sniper while fighting as part of the rearguard action to cover the retreat to Dunkirk.
