Biography

Freerk Siemon Wolters was a notary in Bedum.
He was shot to death in his own office in his house in Bedum by a German, SD member Robert Lehnhoff.
Why Lehnhoff had killed Wolters is not certain. After the War is became known that Wolters worked together with the resistance and hat helped making a list of NSB people who were to be arrested after the war. Also he was supposed to have used his office as notary against transactions by the NSB mayor Timmer of Bedum.
