    Biography

    Flight Sergeant Isadore Samuel Levitt served as Navigator with No. 429 Squadron. He failed to return form a bomb mission to Wuppertal, Germany on May 30th, 1943. as navigator on Vickers Wellington Mk X, HZ471 that had commenced just after 22:00 on May 29, 1943. The rest of the crew was as follows:
    - Pilot, Flying Officer Bruce Andrew Richmond, J21221,
    - Wireless Operator, Flight Sergeant Edward George Collman (RAF),
    - Bomb Aimer, Flight Sergeant Robert Gordon Bailey (USA), R113936,
    - Warrant Officer Class II William Sherron Anglin, R95701.

    Isadore Samuel Levitt is being comemmorated at the Runnymede Memorial.
