Gerardus Bakker lived in Renkum at the Waterweg 46. He was born on January 1st, 1914 as son to Gerrit Bakker (machinist/bankwerker) and Aafje Bakker-Vogel (Krommenie - May 14th, 1949, Renkum). In 1942 he was arrested bur managed to escape trhough a small window on October 10th, 1942. He must have been arrested later beceause he was executed in Camp Vught on September 4th, 1944 together with some 60 other prisoners.
