Servatius Hendricus Toussaint was living in Amsterade. He was born on December 22nd, 1914 as son to Hubertus Hendricus Wilhelmus Toussaint and Anna Catharina Toussaint-van Boekhold. Servaas was married to Maria Antoinette Heijnen and was a Miner in the Emma mine. His faith was Roman-Catholic.
Servaas Toussain was part in the mine strike of 1943. In relation to him joining the strike in April/May 1943, he was arrested and in the night of May 1st/2nd, 1943, together with Renier Savelsberg and Meinardus Jacobus Tempelaars, sentenced to death by the Polizeistandgericht in Maastricht. They were executed on May 2nd, 1943 at the Wellsche Heath.
