Cornelis Dijkdrenth was born Nov. 5, 1916, the son of Bernardus Jacobus Dijkdrenth (1876-1949) and Cornelia Dijkdrenth-Spaanderman (1873-1955). He was married to Johanna Annie d'Achard van Enschut (1917-2011). The couple had four children.
