Biography

Lieutenant General Andrei Shkuro was an anti communist cossack who joined the German Army in 1941. He commanded the Kosaken-Reserve until 1945. Shkuro was arrested by the British Army in 1945 and handed over to the Soviets. He was eventually hanged for high treason.
