Biography
Edmund N. Myles served with the 489 Bomb Group out of Halesworth, England in 1944. He was a left-waist gunner on the B-24 "Plates Date." Other crew members were Wilmer Plate (Pilot, Paul Beals (Co-Pilot), Sandford Goldberg (Navigator), Joseph Victor (Bombadier), Thomas Green (Engineer) Timothy Burns(Radio Operator), Donald Davis (Right Waist), Samuel Taylor (Tail Gunner) & Raymond Alnor (Ball Turret).
