Biography

Also known as Ritzar Gulsky.

Born in Zarki in 1916. When the Germans invaded Poland he fought with the cavalry, but after German and Russian attacks and the death of his older brother he escaped to Nordic countries and reached France. After the French defeat he reached Great Britain and learned to fly with the RAF. He flew Wellington as navigator seeing action at the Viscayne Gulf receiving the Virtuti Militari from the exiled Polish government. After the war ended he travelled to Venezuela and became a citizen of the country, dying in Caracas at the age of 88 years old.
