"For exceptional zeal and devotion to his duties as Staff Captain '3' during the Adriatic Campaign in the summer of 1944 and the operations in the Apennines during the winter of 1944-1945.

Captain Stasica was responsible for the most difficult branch - Ammunition and Supplies, he always acquitted himself outstandingly - he organised the work of the Forward Maintenance Area's and Ammunition Points under enemy fire.

In the course of his duties he had numerous contacts with British units administered by the Corps, this harmonious co-operation always produced results".
