"Lieut SLUCZANOWSKI during the Italian campaign fulfilled the duties of an LO with 8 HAA Regiment. Throughout the whole period he worked untiringly with great devotion ti duty, never sparing himself. During the MONTE CASSINO operations and during other operations of 2 POLISH Corps he contributed in a conspicuous manner to the carrying out of all operation tasks allotted to the Regiment. In addition he carried out the duties of an LO from the Regiment to HQ 8 and 12 AA Brigades, under whose command 8 HAA Regiment was temporarily placed. He was also LO to the Air Force and worked on the organisation of an AA Central Fire Control. In all the active duties he have his maximum effort and fulfilled his duties in a most exemplary manner. In general, he is a very good officer."
