Memorial Alphonza Davis
This plaque, in front of the Great Plains Black Museum, commemorates Captain Alphonza Davis. He was an Afro-American Tuskegee airman of the 99th Pursuit Squadron of the 332nd Fighter Group and became missing in action on 29 October 1944.
