V-2 Impact Site Mackenzie Road
This V-2 exploded here on 26 December 1944. The number of victims: 68 were kileld, 86 severe wounded and 128 lightly wounded. Twenty housed were completely wrecked, including the "Prince of Wales" club house where many of the casualties occurred.
