Church of Alexander Nevsky

This church was built from 1937 to 1938 by the Russian community in Bizerte. This community was created when a Russian fleet anchored at Bizerte to escape the Bolsheviks. The church is also a memorial in memory of this fleet. The building was damaged by fighting in the period 1942-1943.
