Former Location Fort de Châtillon
This fort was established during the Franco-German War and saw heavy fighting.
In 1945, shortly after the liberation, the fort was used as prison. French Vichy officials Darnand Luchaire, Bucard and Hérold-Paquis were executed here.
Fort de Châtillon has been completely demolished to make room for CEA Fontenay-aux-Roses.
