War Memorial Turda

This monument in the centre of the cityis formed as a pyramid body, on a square platform. It is made of blocks of carved stone.
On the upper part there is a bronze eagle with spread wings and a cross in the beak. On the lower part an an iron tablet is placed with in Rumanian inscription: "Glory to the Romanian heroes fallen for the liberation of the town of Turda. 5.IX.1944".
