Kokoda Trail - Battle of Kokoda Memorial
There are a number of memorials dedicated to the Australian, American and Japanese casualties in the Battle of Kokoda. The memorial place was erected during the Second World War.
The memorial complex includes the gun barrel of a Japanese type 75 mountain gun.
