War Memorial Indochina

In the park with the large "Monument Aux Morts" a small monument has been placed about the war in Indochina. This memorial indicates where the last battle took place, in Dien-Bien-Phu.
The text on the monument is:

AUX VETERANS
DE LA GUERRE D'INDOCHINE
