Museum Fort Meigs

This museum is dedicated to the history of Fort Meigs and Ohio's role in the War of 1812.
In April and May 1813, during the War of 1812, the fort was sieged by the British. In the battle there were heavy casualties but the British failed to capture the fort and were forced to raise the siege.
