War Memorial 10th Line Regiment

This monument is located near the old Leopold Barracks.
The famous 10th Regiment fought in the Revolution of 1831 but was best known for its heroic battle and human toll during the First World War.
Almost 1,500 of the soldiers of the 10th regiment were killed.
The 10th regiment was disbanded in 1933 and replaced by the Ardennes Jagers.
