Belgian War Graves Bonlez

The churchyard of Bonlez contains the grave of a civilian victim of the First World War. It’s the grave of FLEMAL Arthur, died at Bonlez on 15 May 1918.

The second war grave is that of DE TONGRE Aubin. He was a reserve lieutenant with the 18th Line, 1st Battalion, 2nd Company. He died for his country on May 10, 1940, during the first glider attack on the Vroenhoven bridge on the Albert Canal.
