Chapel of Our Lady of the Maquis - Oizy

One of the mapped out walking routes passes the small forest chapel of Our Lady of the Maquis. The chapel is built in natural stone with a small stone statue of Mary with child on the run.

Below that hangs a plate with the text:

"Our Lady of the Maquis

We will return on
pilgrimage to these forest chapels
in the depths of the forest,
where we worship your image in the guise
of the mother who flees with the child.
