Memorials Gries

At the church of Gries, in the cemetery on the corner of the site, right in front, is a small building. In the open corner at the front are 2 plaques with fallen from both world wars. The rank, date of death and place of death are recorded on the plaque, next to the name and in some cases an image of the fallen resident of Gries. The whole looks simple without further frills, but the beautiful surroundings are sufficient to support this monument.
