Memorial Fire Brigade Innsbruck

In the beautiful old center of the city of Innsbruck in Tyrol, on the wall of the vaulted underpass is a simple plaque in the name of the local fire brigade. The plaque bears the following inscription;

1857 - 1957
The fire brigade of the
city of Innsbruck
dedicates in response
of its 100th anniversary
this plaque to her in the two world wars
1914-18, 1939-45
fallen and missing comrades
