Veterans Memorial Freedoms Keeper

On the corner of Fourth Street and Wilcox Street is a memorial that commemorates the veterans of Douglas County, Freedoms Keeper. On the memorial the 6 service seals of the US military are listed and in the back of the memorial are flags of the services as well as the POW flag.
on the memorial are 2 plates with the following text:
