Museum Wings over the Rockies

One of the remaining hangars now houses the Wings over the Rockies Museum, which displays aircraft that were used in the Second World War, the Korea and the Vietnam War.
In addition, they also gain insight into the development of Lowry Airforce Base and the zeitgeist through helmets and uniforms.


On photo 1 is the entrance with a B52 in front
Photo 2 shows a Grumman A6.
Photo 3 shows a Bolo B18 that was used for anti-submarine operations.
Photo 4 is a panorama of a Huey LZ during the Vietnam war
In photo 5 the same but with an F4 also during the Vietnam war
