Sheffield Memorial Park

The Memorial Park is a tribute to the northern English town's Pals Battalions of Lord Kitchener's New Army.
There are a number of memorials to the "Pals" battalions, among other the Accrington Pals, the Sheffield City Battalion, the Barnsley Pals .
This is a wooded area where the original frontline trenches and the shell-holes in the ground have been preserved.
