War Memorial Sars-la-Bruyère

War memorial at Sars-la-Bruyère to commemorate the military and the civilian victims of the First and the Second World War.

To the right of the monument is a remembrance plaque in honor of P.F.C. Gino J. Merli, American soldier who received the "Congressional medal of honor of the United States" for his heroic deeds on the night of 4-5 September 1944 in Sars-la-Bruyère.
