Former Barracks & Prison Sveti Urh
During the Second World War, this building served as barracks for members of the fascist Slovene Home Guard and soldiers of the Italian and German army. There were communist partisans imprisoned in the basement, where they were tortured and murdered. A memorial plaque is attached on the outer wall of the building and is in memory of these partisans.
