Memorial Chapel Borghorst

In Borghorst, Steinfurt municipality, on the edge of the village, on the outgoing road to Altenberge, there is a monument erected in memory of the fallen of the 1st and 2nd World War from the hamlet (Bauerschaft) Wilmsberg. In the chapel on the walls are wooden panels with the names of the dead.

Left in front of the chapel 2 benches with inscriptions that read;
left bank; Wilmsberger memorial 1954
right bench; Wilmsberer and Dorstädter Rifle Association, Sports Association Wilmsberg
In the pavement in front of the chapel, a dove of peace has been placed in white basalt boulders.
