Camp Sibert

Camp Sibert was built in 1942 as replacement training center for soldiers of the Army's Chemical Corps. At its height, Camp Sibert had about 1500 buildings, a large POW camp and housed thousands of people. It covered 32,000 acres. The site has been redeveloped, including with a residential community.
