Camp Hyder

Camp Hyder was one of the CAMA division size tent camps during World War II. The 77th and 104th Infantry Divisions trained here from April 1943 to February 1944. A number of remnants of the camp are still standing today, including a swimming pool (in Agua Caliente) built by the 77th.
