Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow

Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow was established in January 1943 as a Marine Corps supply depot. The base supplied supplies to the Marines in the Los Angeles and San Francisco areas. The base was expanded after the war and also played an important role during the Korean and Vietnam Wars.
