War Memorial Kecskemet

This hero monument is in honor of the fallen heroes of the Second World War. The creator is Lajos Bíró, sculptor from Mátészalka. It was inaugurated in 2006.

In front of the ruined circular wall framed by symbolic twin columns, an assault helmet can be seen on a limestone altar, the shroud below reads: "For the Fatherland".
