War Memorial Bouvignes

On a rock mass stands a bluestone column with a bronze statue of a soldier with a flag in his hand at the top.

There is a memorial plaque at the front:
"In the year 1930
on July 13 is here
by the municipal authorities
and the Committee of the Warriors
laid the foundation stone of this memorial"

At the top :
"To our dead
1914 - 1918"

The names of old and new plates are engraved
-the soldiers died on the field of honor,
-the deported citizens,
-the executed civilians,
-also a tribute to the French soldiers fallen on the territory of Bouvignes.
