Dutch War Graves Protestant Cemetery Zoelen

On the Protestant Cemetery in Zoelen are the graves of a soldier and a resistance member.

Teunis Marinus van Wijk served as a soldier in the 2-III-8 R.I. He died on May 18th 1940 in Arnhem.

Gerrit van Ewijk was due to an escape attempt during a raid on April 3th 1945 shot by a German soldier.

Both are commemorated on the War Memorial on the Cemetery in Zoelen.
