Monument US Paratrooper Veghel

This soldier from the 101st Airborne Division is sitting in front of the villa where Howard C. Johnson, commander of the 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment (code name the Klondikes), established his headquarters on 17 September 1944.
The villa is still called Villa Klondike to this day.
