Memorial Resistance Huy

Along the footpath to the fort is a memorial at the place where five resistance fighters were executed in April 1944.

The memorial stone reads:
"Here are fallen
under German bullets
in April 1944
the patriots below
Jean Gerard
Roger Chartier
Robert Bolkaerts
Camille Louwet
Guillaume Jansen
