Memorial to the French Resistance

Memorial in memory of the French Resistance, which fought against the German occupation from 1940 to 1945. The memorial bears the names of Raoul Charles Magrin-Vernerey, George Delrieu and Jean de Milleret, all bearers of l' Ordre de la Libération

The stone bears a quote from Charles de Gaulle:
“La flamme de Resistance Francaise ne doit pas seteindre et ne seteindra pas” (The flame of the French Resistance must not be extinguished and will not be extinguished).
