Top:
"San Sebastiano da Po
1940 To his fallen and missing children 1945" followed by the names.

Middle:
"San Sebastiano da Po
To those who fell in the war of 1915-1918.
May heads bow in reverence and hearts beat with eternal affection for the martyrs of the new Italy," followed by the names.

Bottom: A bronze relief of a soldier:
"After victory I cry
the new Italy was born.
In memory of the municipality"
