Inside St Cuthbert's Church are several memorials.

Douglas Ernest Vincent Chisholm. Trooper. 323220. North Somerset Yeomanry. Died 19 April 1940. Aged 23. Buried Ramleh War Cemetery, Israel.

Commandant of V.A.D. Somerset 20
from 1914 to 1927. She passed away
on the 24th Day of November 1927.
This memorial is erected by the members

Ronald Victor Knight. Flight Sub-Lieutenant. Royal Naval Air Service. Died 12 Mar 1917. Aged 23. Buried in Wells Cemetery.
Knights parents had the ancient font remounted in it's present position in memory of their son.
