Memorial Arignano

At the entrance to the primary school hang two memorial plaques for the victims of the First and Second World Wars.

On the left, a memorial plaque from November 1947:
"The raging storm
that engulfed the world
devastated the young lives of
the heroes who fell in the war of 1940-1945," followed by the names of the fallen.

On the right, a memorial plaque with a curved top for the fallen of the First World War.
At the top is a text from General Diaz, speaking from the war zone:
"Our troops have occupied Trento and Trieste.
The Italian tricolor flies over the Buon Consicilio castle
and the tower of San Giusto.
The Cavalry has entered Udine."
November 3, 1918
General A. Diaz
Below are the names of the fallen soldiers.

Below is another inscription from 1920:
"In eternal, reverent memory
of those who gave everything for the sacred ideal
of a greater, stronger, and more beautiful Italy,
unforgettable martyrs and heroes.
Count Paolo Costa di Trinita"
