Remains Panzerfaust Factory HASAG

A munition factory specialized in the production of Panzerfausts (a German type bazooka) was situated here during the Second World War. A large number of prisoners from KZ Buchenwald were forced to work here.

Nowadays, remains of the factory and a memorial for the prisoners can be visited.
