Memorial Wellington Z1614 KO-R

To the left of the war memorial is a commemorative plaque for the crew of Wellington Z1614 KO-R. The aircraft crashed in Wijchmaal on 31 May 1942, the entire crew was killed.
All five are buried in Heverlee War Cemetery.
