The Glockenberg is home to the military cemetery for the fallen soldiers of the Franco-Prussian War, World War I, and World War II.
The fallen soldiers are buried in a large circular cemetery with two adjacent grave plots.
During the renovation in 1979, the weathered wooden crosses were replaced by flat stone blocks with metal nameplates. A group of crosses made of rough shell limestone was placed on either side of the central path.
