War Memorial Bovesse

The war memorial in the cemetery of Bovesse commemorates a work refuser and two resistance fighters who lost their lives in the Second World War.
HACOURT Joseph, work refuser, died in the Neuengamme concentration camp on 22 December 1944.
ROLAND Emile, resistance fighter, executed in Namur on 23 March 1944.
GODFROID Nestor, resistance fighter, killed in Namur on 5 September 1944
The monument also lists the names of veterans, former resistance fighters and prisoners of war of the Second World War.
