Seven Pillars of Wisdom Jordan

T.E. Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia) is known to have operated in the Wadi Rum area during the Arab Revolt of 1916-1918 and this rock formation has been renamed 'Seven Pillars of Wisdom' after the title of his auto-biography. The Hejaz railway built by the Ottoman's, connecting Damascus to Medina, runs nearby.
