The cemetery in Woerth is believed to contain a total of 320 French and German soldiers from the 1870/71 war.
At the end of the war, there were 26 graves, many of which have since disappeared.
There are four communal mass graves, where an unknown number of French and German soldiers are buried.

Born in Hanover on 22 December 1846, died on 6 August 1870, at the Battle of Woerth.
Martin Meuer from Rüdesheim, corporal in the 11th Artillery Regiment,
Born on 7 April 1848, wounded on 6 August 1870,
and finally died on 17 August 1870, at Woerth.
Louis Philippe Million served in the 2nd French Zouave Army and died on 6 August 1870, at the age of 33.
At the Battle of Woerth, his headstone is placed on a communal mass grave in row 7.
