This memorial, within the church Saint-Louis des Français (San Luigi dei Francesi), commemorates the soldiers of the 4ème Spahis Marocains who gave their lives in the Italian campaign, from February to July 1944. Amongst them their commander, Lt. Col. De Lambilly.
