Monument Victims of War

This monument at Cottbus's Südfriedhof cemetery commemorates victims of all wars. The text on the monument reads:

"IN MEMORY OF THE VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE AND WAR, OF DISPLACEMENT AND FLIGHT FROM TYRANNY AND TERROR

IN MOURNING FOR THE DEAD OF THE WARS OF THIS CENTURY

AS A WARNING FOR RECONCILIATION AND PEACE"
